Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 44/51/N=1433) The work in the name of adornment that is performed in a beauty parlour all or most of them are unlawful as per the Shariah. And it is unlawful to commit an unlawful job by oneself or get it done by someone else under one's patronage by employment and take compensation for it. Hence it is not allowable for a Muslim lady to run a beauty parlour.
