    Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 31/19/N=1433) (1) When you do not do any job related to alcohol and you are only baker in the restaurant then yours employment is lawful and the income earned from it is lawful. But if you are getting an employment in a restaurant where there is no use and sale of alcohol in any form, then it is better that you prefer it. (2) It is unlawful to send unlawful message. You can send any important message or religious one but it is better that it is also avoided and in cases of need it should be done through some mahram. (Bahishti Zewar 11:141)
