Question: I am Irshad and right now I am 25 years of age. My problem is that when I was 14 or 15 years of age I have sex with my brother who was 11 years of age at that time. I stop to commit this act after that. At that time I was not aware of its punishment and so on but while surfing the net I found that l have committed a major mistake. I am not interested in boy and do not have a feeling for them but l am a normal person I will marry with a girl but this mistake happened as at that time I was during my puberty age and because we live in the same house. My question is how am I classified according to Islam as homosexual or is it child molestation or other thing? What is the punishment for it in Islam? And if I repent will Allah forgive me for such act?

(Fatwa: 1863/L=555-TL=1432) According to Shariah, this act is called lawatat (sodomy). Its obscenity is greater than adultery. Now its kaffarah is that you should do taubah and istighfar with true intention. In-sha-Allah, your taubah shall be accepted and Almighty Allah shall forgive this sin.
