Title: My front two teeth are very big

Question: My front two teeth are very big as a girl. Many people have advised me to undergo dental treatment so that the size comes to normal. Is it permissible in Islam?

I want to know 1- How to calculate Zakat on CPF( Central Provident Fund),CPF is like Employee Provident Fund.In CPF amount will be deposited from Employee salary deduction and company contribution.
