Title: Commission on Fruit Business

Question: I am a fruit trader ,we get some mony as commission from buyer,beside this we also charg some mony call"JHOLI" Plese tell me is it 'Halal' to us.

(Fatwa: 950/607/L=1432) The commission amount is halal for you. Why do you take money other than commission in the name of Jholi? Did you have any agreement earlier for the same or not? Make it clear and submit the question again, then in-sha-Allah, you shall be replied.
