Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1380/1020/H=1431)

It is lawful if the voice of Imam reaches to only all the muqtadis easily and the loudspeaker system works well that does not disturb khusu (dedication) in salah. If the voice crosses the necessary limit or any other evil creeps in, then it is makrooh and against sunnah to use it.
