Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 601/601/M=1431)

Farming hashish and poppy is not unlawful if done under the limit of law, it may be allowable. And zakah can be paid with its income. And if the income reaches up to nisab, zakah shall be wajib on it. However, its business is makrooh tanzihi.

Q. Assalamu Alikum, I have taken loan (Interest free) from 2 relatives Rs 15000 & Rs 10000 while going to Hajj.
