Vegetation, i.e. things which grow in the ground they are pure and halal if they are not intoxicant, poisonous and deadly. It is lawful to consume, cultivate, buy and sell them. Mushroom is also a type of plant. However, some species of mushroom are harmful and deadly, so it shall be lawful to eat, cultivate, buy and sell the species of mushroom which are not deadly and harmful. You may learn from the experts about the useful (unharmful) species of mushroom.
