If impure vessels are washed well and the effect of haram meat is removed completely then it is allowable to cook in that vessel and eat. However, if there is no particular compulsion then it is better to avoid. And if the place where haram meat is cooked is washed and food is prepared in other vessel then there is no harm in eating.
