Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1024/1019/L=8/1438)

The income derived from the beer is haram and unlawful. If the person generates his income by selling and purchasing beer or he has other income source but most of the income is through haram sources then it is not lawful to eat at his home. But if he has other halal income source and it is dominant then though it is allowable to eat at his home but it is better if avoided so that it indicates to disagreement with his transgression.

لا يجيب دعوة الفاسق المعلن ليعلم أنه غير راض بفسقه ، وكذا دعوة من كان غالب ماله من حرام مالهم يخبر أنه حلال وبالعكس يجيب مالم يتبين عنده أنه حرام ، كذا في التمرتاشي . وفي الروضة يجيب دعوة الفاسق والورع أن لا يجيبه ودعوة الذي أخذ الأرض مزارعة أو يدفعها على هذا ، كذا في الوجيز للكردري.
