Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 443/307=L/1430)

If they are not getting away by other means then it is lawful to burn them down. It is better to write in the ta?weez that if you will not go, you will be burnt i.e. they are alerted before being burnt that if they do not go away they will be burnt. Then also, if it is not obeying, one is allowed to burn then down.
