Question: After Umrah is it mandatory to shorten each and every hair of scalp? Does it need to be cut in equal length?

(Fatwa: 713/713/M=1434) If the hair of head is less than one finger tip then it is not correct to do qasr (shorten) rather it is necessary to do halaq and halaq shall be done of complete head. And if there are long hair and they are more than one finger tip then qasr is right in this case and it is not necessary to shorten each and every hair of the head, rather qasr of one fourth hair is also enough. ثم يحلق أو يقصر و الحلق أفضل ويكفى فيه ربع الرأس (مراقى الفلاح)

Q. I wish to take my mother and wife for HAJJ . But I have some business problems and creditors to pay ( I am writing my problems below in detail) so I am not sure if MY HAJJ WILL BE IN ORDER . I am doing business in the family but due to some disputes our business is on closure and we have bank interest and creditors to pay.
