In order to stop menstruation during this period if you want to use any medicine etc then there is no harm in it according to Sharia, but it should be done with the advice of a doctor. If it is harmful according to medical perspective and your stay at Makkah is too short and it is difficult to postpone tawaf till the menstruation stops, then in this case put off umrah plan.
