    Title: OBC Caste certificate in place of general certificate for admission

    Question: My question is I have completed my graduation with 46% and I have to take admission in MBA so I need 50% for admission because I am from general caste if I apply OBC certificate so I can get admission in 45% one more thing in both case I have to give entrance test for admission. We can say caste certificate is a type of gateway for entering the college after that you have given compulsory entrance test for admission if you will clear entrance then you will get admission otherwise not.

    If you are not from a caste that comes under OBC by a regulation set by the government, then it is not lawful for you to apply for an OBC certificate by wrong means. This is also a legal crime and according to Shariah it is a sin because it contains lies and deception.
