What guideline do you want in this regard? If your husband has said any word related to talaq, write it, and make your husband understand that he should not develop unnecessary doubts and you should ask him to keep away from things that cause doubts. Ask your husband to recite the following dua in the morning and evening:
اللهم اجعل وساوس قلبى خشيك و ذكرك واجعل همتي و هواي فيما تحب و ترضى .
