Title: I was reading your fatwa (ID: 23059 on miscellaneous dua supplications). You have given the following dua بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم :الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَتَطْمَئِنُّ قُلُوبُهُم بِذِكْرِ اللّهِ أَلاَ بِذِكْرِ اللّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ ، وَرَبَطْنَا عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ ، لَوْلَا أَن رَّبَطْنَا عَلَى قَلْبِهَا لِتَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ، وَلِيَرْبِطَ عَلَى قُلُوبِكُمْ. to a lady for curing severe breathing problem. 1) IS it necessary to put it in a taweez and hang it aorund the neck or is it sufficcient to just recite only. 2) Note that i am a male, and would like to know if there would be slight changes to the dua as mentioned. 3) Could you please also indicate the translation of this dua in english language.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1408/1100/D=1431)

You should recite it and make an amulet and hang it in your neck. The thread should be so long that reaches upto heart.
