Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1758/1286/H=1431)

Offer salah regularly and shun sins. After each salah, recite the following verse thrice with durood 3-3 times before and after:
قَالَ رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي . وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي . وَاحْلُلْ عُقْدَةً مِّن لِّسَانِي . يَفْقَهُوا قَوْلِي . (سوره طه ركوع 2)

Allah (Subhana Wa Ta'ala) knows Best
