Title: I am self employed,married & having a boy kid. My date of birth is 05.12.1974. Since years, i am observing that the CAT(billi) cross my road very frequently, aprrox 2-3 times a week. Most of the times from Right to Left & some times from Left to Right. When I was a teenager, that time I use to feared about the same. Now its usual for me. But still wherever the Cat cross me, I recite Darut Shareef. Please tell me what should I have to read in such situation. And why this is happening with me??

This is ignorant pessimism and evil omen which has no reality. One should submit his trust in Allah alone. Such thoughts were forbidden in Hadith; rather you should recite this dua at such occasions:

اللھم لا یاتی بالحسنات الا انت ولا یدفع السیئات الا انت ولا حول ولا قوۃ الا باللہ
