Question: I am suffering from back pain, neck pain I can’t sit in office more than one hour and ever time sick lick cold, fever, headache and allergic, please tell any dua or zikr.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1038/832/SD=8/1439)

Read the following dua seven times and blow over your whole body:

أَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ رَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ أَنْ يَشْفِيَني

Also read Ya Salamu Ya Salamu (يا سلام يا سلام) extensively and also see some expert physician.

Allah (Subhana Wa Ta'ala) knows Best
