Title: Dua for asthama

Question: My father (age 60 years) is suffering from allergic asthma from past 20 years. Now a days it is getting worse and he has gone into depression and have become very weak. Please provide some dua for this.

You or any other family member or your father himself should read Surah Fatiha (full Surah) 41 times daily any time (it is better if it is read before Fajr salah) with durood 11-11 times before and after and blow on water and give that water to your father to drink. May Allah give your father perfect health. Amen!

Q. asalamualaykum mufti sahab, Like many other brothers, i have been reading the book "Hizbul Aazam" by Mulla Ali Qari Rahmatullhalay. I read the english translation. I have the following questions regarding the book: 1. Ideally, the supplications should be in arabic, but as i dont understand arabic is it still ok to read the supplications from the book in english? 2. On what grounds is it justified to recite specific prayers on specific days? One of my friends asked me this question and i had no answer so i told him i will get one shortly.
