Keep on reciting the below dua extensively, in-shaAllah, you shall have children:

رَبِّ لَا تَذَرْنِي فَرْداً وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الْوَارِثِينَ.

Allah (Subhana Wa Ta'ala) knows Best
