Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 413/K=40/K/1430)

(1) Recite ya Latif (یا لطیف) 111 times after Isha Salah with durood 11 times before and after, then pray to Allah.

(2) Memorize the below dua and recite it after obligatory salah and other times:

اللھم الطف بي تیسیر کل عسیر فإن تیسیر کل عسیر علیک یسیر وأسئلک الیسر والمعافاۃ في الدنیا والآخرۃ
