Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 226/227=M/1430)

Ask your friend to instruct his wife and daughter to maintain purity and cleanliness and offer five times salah. Recite Surah Al-Falaq and Surah Al-Naas thrice after every obligatory salah with durood thrice before and after, and blow on body. Repeat the same action and hang it around your neck after writing it on paper:

أعوذ بکلمات اللہ التامات من شر کل شیطان وھامۃ و عین لامۃ

He should also recite and blow on them. In-shaAllah, they will be protected from Satanic effects.
