(Fatwa: 855/L=319/TL=1432) Jama’at Islami or Ghair Muqallidin are not out of the fold of Islam, but these two sects are on deviant due to their difference with the majority of Ummah i.e. Ahl Sunnah wa al-Jama’ah in many issues.
