We could not find any Hadith with these words. However there is one Hadith about dying on Friday or Friday night.

ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال من مات ليلة الجمعة او يوم الجمعة برى من فتنة القبر او قال وقى فتنة القبر وكتب شهيدا مصنف عبدالرزاق ر ق م : 5595

One narration of Ibn Masood ads the following words.

من وافق موته عندانقضاء رمضان دخل الجنة ... شرح الصدور 1/306 دارالمعرفة .
