Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 2038/1886=D/1429)

It is wajib to keep beard and it is haram to trim it below one fist size. It is haram to consume pork and wine too. Trimming beard may be worse in a sense that its effect continues until it grows again to one fist size, but this equation is not mentioned in the Quran and Hadith.
