Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1528/1149/D=1433) Pazeb (anklet) is an ornament worn by women in legs. It is lawful to wear it. However, it should not have ghungru (small bells) to avoid sound while walking. It is forbidden for men and boys to wear it: قال فى الدر ويكره للولى الباس الخلخال ... للصبى قال الشامى اى الذكر لانه من زينۃ النساء . (شامى ج 5 ص 298)
