Title: I want to know that is there any reality of wearing aqeeq and feroza stones in Islam

Question: I want to know that is there any reality of wearing aqeeq and feroza stones in Islam? Kindly tell me the reality is it true that Hadhrat Muhammad (PBUH) wore aqeeq? Kindly reply me I will be very thankful to you.

(Fatwa: 1377/877/L=1433) Many weak hadith speak about the virtues of aqiq and firoza stones as jewel in ring and by some hadith it is proved that the holy Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) used aqiq stone in his ring. Hence its use in ring shall be correct and virtuous. والأصح أنه لا بأس به لأنه عليه الصلاة والسلام تختم بعقيق وقال "تختموا بالعقيق فانه مبارك" (شامى: 9/518)
