Title: Water purifying business

Question: Is it permissible to sell RO water after processing it? The water will be derived from the water we get in our house from the government. We get normal water and plan to make it RO water and sell that.

If the water is put in some bottle after processing and sold then it shall be lawful.

لا يجوز بيع الماء فى بئره ونهره هكذا فى الحاوى ، وحيلته أن يواجر الدلو والرشاء هكذا فى محيط السرخسى فاذا أخذه وجعله فى جره أو ما أشبها من الأوعية فقد احرزه صار أحق به فيجوز بيعه والتصرف فيه كالصيد الذي يأخذه كذا فى الذخيرة . (الهنديه : 3/121)
