Title: Can you tell me when i am pure to offer Salah?

Question: My question is regarding menses and purity. These are the normal pattern of my menses (5-6 days). First three days: bleeding, 4th Day: Few spots of bleeding (which later look like brown spot) 5th Day: Bleeding spot Only Once, 6th Day: Yellowish smelly fluid, *Sometimes on fourth day there is no bleeding. Questions are: (1) When I am pure to offer salah? (2) Can you specify which day 6th day or 7th? (3) Can I say Bismillah while giving food to son during menses?

(Fatwa: 1144/B-257/TB=1434) (1) During the menses, all the bloods or substance which you see except pure whiteness shall be counted of haiz. Likewise during menses if no blood comes out or only one or two dots come then too it shall be counted haiz. قال فى الدر المختار: وما تراه من لون كسكدرة وترابية فى مدته المعتادة سو ى البياض الخالص قيل هو شيئ يشبه الخيط الأبيض ولو مرئى طهراً متخللاً بين الدمين فيها حيض – (1م 483 ط زكريا ، ونحوه فى الفقه الحنفى فى ثوبه الجديد 1/115 ط دارالإيمان ، مجمع الانهر 1/78 ط ديوبند البحر الرائق 1/338 ط زكريا) (2) On the sixth day as per the habit when the yellowish smelly fluid stops at a time that you may start salah by saying takbir tahrima after offering ghusl then salah shall be fardh from that very time. You will have to do qaza of the salah. قال فى الود: ان زمن الغسل من الحيض لو انقطع لاقله ، لانها انما تطهر بعد الغسل فاذا ادركت من آخر الوقت قدر ما يسع الغسل فقط لم يجب عليها قضاء تلك الصلوة لانها لم تخرج من الحيض فى الوقت بخلاف ما اذا كان يسع التحريمة ايضا ، لان التحريمة من الطهر فيجب القضاء ، (رد المختار مع الدر المختار 1/493 ط زكريا) (3) It is lawful to read all types of duas except the holy Quran in the state of haiz even those duas may also be read with the intention of duas whose words are mentioned in the holy Quran and Hadith. And it is also lawful to say Bismillah at the time of giving food to the child. قال فى الدر المختار: ولا بأس لحائض وجنب بقرأة أدعيۃ ومسها وحملها وذكر الله تعالى وتسبيح" (باب الحيض 1/488) وقال فى البحر الرائق : وفى التسمية اتفاق انه لا يمنع اذا كان على قصد الثناء او افتتاح امر لا يمنع على اصح الروايات (1/346 ط زكريا) وقال فى الهندية : لا تقرأ الحائض والنفساء والجنب شيئا من القرآن .
