Title: Last time to offer Maghrib Namaz

Question: Kindly suggest till what time Maghrib salah can be offered. How much hour or minutes before Isha prayer?

In our country, India, minimum time of Maghrib salah is one hour twenty minutes in (February, March, September and October), while maximum time is one hour thirty seven minutes in (June and July starting) (Bawadir al-Nawadir). It is mustahab to perform Maghrib Salah early and it is makrooh to delay it till the stars in the sky are clearly visible. (Shami, vol. 2, p. 27, Zakaria)
