(Fatwa: 919/746/D=9/1438)

In the question mentioned above neither you will have to repeat your salah nor have to do sajdah sahv. Had someone else sneezed and you answered with Yarhamakullah then your salah would have become invalid.

ويفسدها تشميت عاطس لغيره بيرحمك الله ولو من العاطس لنفسه لا . (الدر مع الرد: 2/378).
