Title: How to pray missed witr namaz?

Question: I usually make intention of getting up for tahajjud and pray witr after tahajjud , sometimes I sleep, get up late only to Fajr prayer and miss witr prayer. How can I pray missed witr?

If you are sahib-e-tartib (performed all salah after maturity) and such situation happens then when you get up at the time of Fajr, then first offer witr salah after making wudhu and if time allows then offer two rakah Fajr sunnah and then offer the fardh of Fajr. As you are unable to control sleep, you should offer sunnah and witr salah after Isha prayer and offer only tahajjud salah when you get up at the time of tahajjud.
