Title: Dividing Inheritance

Question: One of my friends dad passed away and they want to divide the inheritance between them the dad have 3 Sons,2 Daughters and 1 Son from divorced wife who left the son with her husband and left forever The dad have properties worth of 80 Hundred housand Rupees and 4 Hundred Thousand Rupees (money)so please could you please explain the dividing of this on the number of people mentioned on top.

(Fatwa: 937/L=348/TL=1432) In the question mentioned above, if the son of the divorced wife of your friend's father is the son of your friend's father, (he will get his share). If the parents of deceased or any wife (that is not divorcee) is not alive at the time of his death, then all the property of the deceased father shall be divided into 10 shares out of which each son shall get 2-2 shares and 1-1 share to each daughter, as per the following details: Detail: Son: 4x2 = 8 Daughter: 2x1 = 2 Total: 10 Shares Note: If the son of divorced wife is from other husband (other than your friend’s father) then explain it and submit the question again.
