Title: Job in IT company

Question: I work in an IT company. The nature of work of my company is to provide and support different products to Bank globally. I am working on one of the products which is used to transfer money online. My work involves testing of the application which is used by banks (not Islamic of course). I would like to know, is my earning and work halal?

If your task in the above mentioned company does not involve writing and calculating interest and interest based dealing then your job and income shall not be termed haram and unlawful.

Q. Assalaamualaikum,1. Now a days most of the companies will give/offer salary based on his previous salary. For that we have to say lie that we are getting more than what we are getting.then only he will get the better offer. 2. most of the graduate after completing his studies will not get job soon, some cases it will take around 2 years, this is because most of the companies ask for experience. for the if the same graduate who graduated 2 years back have to say lie. he will get the based on this lie and he is able perform the job. Assalamu alaikum, I use to work in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) where my job was to give online technical assistance to customers with problems related to products like printers, ipods, TV, projectors and DJ. I use to resolve customers hardware/software problems online or replace the product if the hardware found to be faulty. One of the devices mentioned above is a DJ which is used in loading/listening songs. Was my income halaal because I use to assist customers to use a device that is used to listen songs?
