Title: I wish to take my mother and wife for HAJJ . But I have some business problems and creditors to pay ( I am writing my problems below in detail) so I am not sure if MY HAJJ WILL BE IN ORDER . I am doing business in the family but due to some disputes our business is on closure and we have bank interest and creditors to pay. I want to settle all the creditors by selling our land to avoid the WRATH OF ALLAH SUBHANAHO TAALAH , but my other associates are not ready for this. As we are all blaming each other for the problems and nobody is interested in settling the business creditors / bank as they all want some money for themselves before they are ready to settle the accounts. The situation is not improving and I want to take my mother and wife for HAJJ with my own personal busines money . Can you please advice, in the light of the Shariat , am I allowed to perform the HAJJ in this situation and will it be in order ? May Allah give you the JAZAA for helping me in this matter.

If you take your wife and mother for hajj with your own personal business money then it is lawful.
