(1) We have no knowledge about ingredients of "aginamoto" If you surely know or it is proved by an Islamic witness that pork is included in its ingredients, then you should refrain from using it. No definite ruling can be given until it is proved by research.

(2) First, please, explain what ?mushroom? is, so that we can reply you.
