If a Thaabih (Slaughterer) says that he can not and does not read Tasmiyah on majority of the animals he slaughters. will it be correct for someone to say that he is talking lies and that the animals is Halaal? 2. Here in South Africa we have chicken plants that slaughter over 200 000 chickens daily. each slaughterer has to slaughter - 11000 chickens in a duration of 5 hours which slaughters admit that it is impossible to recite tasmiyah over every chicken. however, there are slaughterers who because of fear of loosing there jobs say that they do recite tasmiyah over each and every chicken. from a Shar'i point of view is it humanly possible for one slaughterer to slaughter 11 000 chickens in a duration of 6 hours? and since almost half of the slaughters admit that they can not read tasmiyah over every chicken, what will be the ruling of these animalsin the light of the shariah? 2092 views
