It is not lawful to erect a tomb on the grave.
و عن أبى حنيفة يكره أن يبنى عليه بناء من بيت أوقبة أو نحو ذالك لما روى جابر: نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن تجصيص القبور و أن يكتب عليها و أن يبنى عليها . (شامى: 3/144 باب صلاة الجنازة ط زكريا ديوبند).
