Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 134/134/M=1431)

If there is no impurity on the road, it is lawful to perform janazad salah over there after taking off shoes. If the road is most probably impure, one should take off shoes and perform salah standing at the shoes provided the upper part of the shoes is clean.
