Title: A lady working in my house,have no source of income other then the wages paid to him,and not owned house for livig but live on rented home.Next month she doing to marry can I give him the Zakat for her marriage expenese. She is muslim and asked for it.I don't know she is in the defination of Sahib-e-Nesab.

If the aforementioned woman is poor and deserves zakah you can give her zakah money, then she can spend it anywhere she likes. But, when you are in doubt about her being poor and deserving zakah, you should be sure of her being poor and deserving before giving her ­zakah money. If by the help of some people she owned Nisab (prescribed) amount then it will not be allowed to give her zakah.
