    Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

    (Fatwa: 1392/1307=D/1429)

If her health is not good and she is unable to bear the troubles of pregnancy, or it is feared that troubles of conceiving will be intolerable and abortion is advised by any expert Muslim doctor, or it is feared that the next pregnancy will cause harm to the infant, then in all such cases it is allowable to get aborted before four months of conceiving.
