(Fatwa: 829/730=B/1429)

A musafir and mu?takif (one who retires to a mosque with the intention of reward) can stay night in mosque. The other people should not use mosque like an inn, they should sleep in their houses. It is against the etiquettes of mosque for people to sleep there.
