    Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1102/682/L=1433) If that person has given three lakh rupees with the permission of his wife and the wife has allowed the same considering it good work then it was lawful and right to spend this money in the mosque and as per the Shariah it shall be called mosque and it shall be lawful to offer salah therein.
