Question: Is wudhu required for touching hadith, fiqh and Islamic books?

(Fatwa: 902/926/L=07/1436) Wudhu is not required for touching Fiqh and Islamic books. However it is better to touch in the state of wudhu. Wudhu is mandatory to touch the holy Quran only. ويكره أيضاً للمحدث ونحوه مس تفسير القرآن وكتب الفقه وكذا كتب السنن الى قوله والأصح أنه لا يكره عند أبى حنيفة رحمه الله (كبرى: 52)

Q. I am a software engineer and I spend most of time in front of computer. While working, rather than listening to any music I though I should listen the recitation of Holy Quran. But the problem is 1) I wont be able to fully concentrate on recitation(because of work) 2) I will get interrupted by my colleges as well so need to pause the recitation in between.
