Title: Divorce has not happened but for official reasons husband did not mention the name of spouce on some papers. Will this will be considered talaq?

Question: Divorce has not happened but husband did not mention the name of spouse on official papers and leave space blank or nil. But in real he has no purpose to separate from his wife. Wife or her guardians did not know about such papers. Will this be considered as talaq?

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1084/702/L=1434) For talaq to take place, it is necessary to write or utter the words of talaq. Talaq did not take place by leaving the space for wife name blank in the official papers.

My only liability is my younger sister who is a divorcee. All efforts to reconcile the matter proved vein. I'm alone. Nobody is there to help/lookafter me in my time of crisis/sickness. After such a prolonged separation and the atrocitis and humiliation I was subjected to by my estraged wife when she was living with me, I'm traumatised and even like to forget this relationship. Q. know that giving or demanding divorce is a big sin. I have unintentionally signed divorce papers without knowing that divorce will take place even if I signed the divorce papers. When I came to know this I was shocked & depressed as I never intended to divorce my wife because I love her alot. I requested her to come back to my life as it was talaq-e-bain.
