Title: Wife refused to accept Husband

Question: This morning, my friend’s wife said to him that, “I do not consider you my husband. You are not my husband.” She repeated this many times. Will they still be in nikah? What are effects of these words on their nikah? Please guide us in the light of Quran and Hadith?

If the husband only heard these sentences of his wife and said nothing, then there would be no adverse effect on their nikah. Their nikah is still intact. However, the wife should not say such words, it is rudeness.

my question is in regard of fatwa id:8028, if a woman gets khula when she is pregnant with a child after commiting adultery is that khula is valid, and is that child is illegal even after delivery that woman and the man who commit adultery repents to allah and get married, please answer this question in the light of shariah. Is there any punishment for them?

Q. I want to ask you about very important Issue that relate to Separation after marriage. Scenario: This Issue relates to one of my relative (a woman). She Married 3.5 years ago but unfortunately, after 2nd month of her marriage, her husband cheat her and left her without giving her talaq. After one year she became a mother of a beautiful Daughter.
