Title: How to clean water Hauz?

Question: My 2 year old son has do toilet 2 drops in water hauz. Kindly tell me, should I empty the hauz? Note: The hauz length is. 8 fit lambai 6fit chadai 8 fit gharai

In the above mentioned case, it is not necessary to drain the hauz, rather you should fill water by motor etc in such a quantity that the water of the hauz starts overflowing. And when it starts overflowing then it shall take the place of flowing water and shall be deemed pure. However the better method is that the hauz is drained completely and fresh water is filled.

قال في الفتاوى الهندية : حوض صغير تنجس ماؤه فدخل الماء الطاهر فيه من جانب وسال ماء الحوض من جانب آخر ، كان الفقيه أبو جعفر – رحمه الله تعالى – يقول : كما سال ماء الحوض من الجانب آخر يحكم بطهارة الحوض وهو اختيار الصدر الشهيد – رحمه الله تعالى – كذا في المحيط وفي النوازل وبه ناخذ" (الفتاوى الهندية : 1/69 الباب الثالث ، الفصل الأول ، ط: اتحاد)
