Title: Can we touch or recite quran when madhi come out and whudu is obligatory?

Question: After the sexual arousal when madhi comes out and it breaks our wudhu, can we touch the holy Quran in that condition without making wudhu or can we recite the holy Quran or any dua without touching the Quran or any other book. Kindly answer it.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1200/787/L=10/1434) Wudhu is necessary in order to touch the holy Quran. It is not lawful to touch the holy Quran if the wudhu broke. However, one may recite the holy Quran or read any dua without touching the holy Quran. Wudhu is not necessary to recite the holy Quran or dua.

Q. My mother is suffering from a bladder problem. She can't hold her wudhu because she has a weak bladder, so drops of urination leak. When she does wudhu, because of the movement, drops of urine leak. Is her wudhu still valid?
