Title: Madhi coming out due to sexual arousal not at the moment when something bad comes in my mind but aftr urination.

Question: I am very tensed due to my problem, whenever something bad comes in my mind some drops of liquid which is called madhi comes out, sometime during erection and sometime without erection, and sometime it does not comes out at the moment when I am sexually aroused but when I go for urination and after the urine some drops comes out, kindly tell me that how can I purify myself, I have to take ghusl or just wudhu is sufficient.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1199/784/L=10/1434) The drop which comes after urination is wadi. Madhi and wadi do not make ghusl wajib, it is sufficient to wash the wetness and make wudhu.

Q. I live in London and travel quite frequently, sometimes two to three times a month. Someone told me that if you are travelling and you do wazu and put on socks it kind of locks up the wazu on your feet. And next time when you do wazu, you dont need to wash your feet but just do MASSAH over the socks. Is this true. And if it is, are there some special socks or any type of socks will be ok.
